Founded in the summer of 2019 after some of the biggest changes to the private rent sector in decades, Chancery Properties set out to break the mould of the usual lettings agencies, offering an expertise in tenancy management and an unrivalled service. We launched initially as a fresh alternative to lettings agencies in Cardiff.
By September, we had already established a great footing amongst student-lets, building a fantastic relationship with our student tenants and landlords, not just in Cardiff, but across all of South Wales. Things continued to grow for all of our lettings, until March 2020 when we were forced to work from home due to Covid.
During the pandemic, we found ourselves in completely uncharted territory, however we continued to do what we know we do best – we focussed on our customers. We still maintained an outstanding standard of service, checked in with our tenants and ensured that we were doing all we could. This led to us winning over more landlords and placing even more happy tenants.
Now, as of summer 2021, we are applying our outstanding marketing skills to residential sales, looking to achieve the same for our Vendors as we do for our Landlords!
